ALIA, an Australian, L.A based Music Artist takes the term ‘all round performer’ to new heights. ALIA became a Grammy considered Artist for Best Rock Performance 2022 by releasing her single “Calling Me” through label Who?Mag, Sony Orchard.
The daughter of R’n’B Soul singing and bass playing legend Doug Williams the music is truly in her blood. She is a multi-talented singing, song writing and dancing machine and has performed her skills all over Australia at its most iconic music venues as well as on a global stage along-side international Artists like Craig David and Nelly Furtado. In the earlier days also seeing her act in a theatre play with the Oscar winning actor Russell Crowe.
ALIA has released hit tracks with leading record labels and as a previous member of an all girl Pop group she was signed to worldwide label ‘“Warner Music”. Through her girl group journey, ALIA reached new heights with a No. 4 chart topping song which hit the airwaves on KISS FM other commercial radio stations and appeared on TV program’s such as MTV and Rage .
ALIA has worked hard in the studio with the multi platinum selling Jonny Sonic of Australian Dance Music Icons The Potbelleez and in 2019 released her Debut EP Can’t Do Without You, through Broken Records owned by US legend and originator of house musics’ Jesse Saunders.
ALIA also together with Jonny Sonic and label Booshu Records released 2, No.1 Itunes Dance Chart hits “Only Now” and “Victim”.
Through the turn of 2020, ALIA reinvented her style, image and Artistry to evolve in to a Pop Rock goddess! She has been working with Phil Anquetil a highly accomplished producer that has transformed her sound and Artistry to a Pop/Grunge fusion.
ALIA also has an entrepreneurial spirit and has recently founded United States of ALIA PTY LTD an Entertainment booking and Arts Production Company. She manages projects of her own and other Artists and creates employment for other creative professionals from all walks of music, dance, design and technology, throughout venues and productions in Australia and internationally.
